In a social media post, Parineeti said that just because a woman wears a kaftan or an oversized shirt or a loose Indian kurti does not mean that she is pregnant. Women have selected clothes according to their comfort.

Parineeti was seen in an oversized dress in this promotion. After this, reports started coming that she was trying to hide her baby bump. Parineeti has rejected these reports.
