The birth anniversary of Bhagwan Haldhar is celebrated in a grand manner in Panna. Pandit Yogendra Awasthi tells that Rudrapratap Singh was the 10th Maharaja of Panna. He brought the idol of Bhagwan Baldev from Mathura Vrindavan. Apart from that, there is hardly any other such big idol of Haldhar along with Sheshnag anywhere else in the country. The idol is so bright that one cannot gaze at it for long. There is a tradition of celebrating the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Baldev with ceremony on the occasion of Halchhat festival since the monarchy era. Enjoyment of 16 arts of Shri Krishna in the temple, replica of London Church:- Like the idol, the temple here is also special. This temple based on the 16 arts of Lord Shri Krishna is a wonderful amalgamation of the architecture of East and West. The outer part of the temple is a replica of the famous St. Paul's Church of London.

Its design was prepared by an Italian cartographer. The construction of the temple started in 1933 and was completed in 1936 in three years. The entrance of the temple represents Bundelkhandi architecture, whose beauty easily attracts people. Kunjbihari Sharma, associated with the temple, says that the Maharabes (the inside of the dome of a temple) of the Nat Mandap and Bhog Mandap of the temple are in the medieval architectural style, while the interior decoration is like that of temples.

The pavilion of the temple based on the 16 arts of Lord Krishna rests on 16 huge pillars. There are 16 stairs, 16 porches and 16 small domes at its entrance and exit gates. The entrance of the temple is situated on a high platform. Historian SB Singh Parmar says that there are very few temples as beautiful as this in the whole of India. A gold vase weighing 1.25 kg (about 50 kg) was placed on the peak of the temple. It is adding to the beauty of the temple even today.
