Material

  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 1/2 pea
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp dried mango powder
  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon white salt
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tablespoon mustard oil
  • Green coriander (finely chopped)

How to make it-

  • To make Panipuri masala, first boil the potatoes. Boil the white peas in water.
  • – After this, peel the potatoes and cut them into two pieces and keep them in a large mixing bowl. – After this, add boiled peas and mix.
  • – Now add finely chopped onion, cumin powder, dried mango powder, finely chopped green chilies, red chili powder, black and white salt, lemon juice and green chutney and mix well with hands.
  • If you want, you can heat some mustard oil on the gas and pour it over it. This will add a new flavor to your masala and it will become even more delicious.
