Palwal, 8 April (Hindustan Reporter). In Palwal, employees of a company sold goods worth Rs 22 lakh. The company based in Dudhaula village used to get raw materials from Faridabad, out of which the employees used to sell the goods on the way. The company complained about the matter to the police several times, but no case was registered. After this, Istgasa was filed in the court. Now a case has been registered against four employees in Gadpuri police station under various sections including fraud.
According to the information received, Ajay Kumar, chief accountant of Karam Engineering Workers Company located on Dhatir-Dudhaula Road, has lodged a complaint with the police that the company purchases raw material from KDR Bright Soft India Sunsign Tab Tack based in Faridabad. After changing the shape of this goods, it is deposited in RP Steel located in Nangla Enclave of Paharit Colony, Faridabad.
The responsibility of this work has been given to company employees Anoop Kumar, Raj Kumar, Chandan Yadav and Lalchand. The company's goods were sold en route to Faridabad. The company incurred a loss of about Rs 22 lakh by selling goods on the way. When a complaint was made to the police about this, a case was not registered. He told that he also complained to the higher police officers last month and even after making repeated rounds, when the case was not registered, then Istgasa was filed in the court. On the orders of the court, Gadpuri police station in-charge Rajveer Singh registered the case. Tax action has been initiated.
