Islamabad: Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) meeting to be held in Pakistan capital Islamabad in October.
Let us tell you that along with India, China and Pakistan are also full members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. Other member countries of the SCO include Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan.
Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said during the weekly press conference that invitations have been sent to the heads of countries to attend the meeting to be held on October 15-16. An invitation has also been sent to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. India has not yet given any response in this regard.
