Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said on Sunday that the people of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir should join India, we consider them our own. Rajnath Singh made this statement in Ramban, Jammu and Kashmir.
He had come here to seek votes for BJP candidate Rakesh Singh Thakur. The Home Minister said that Pakistan considers the residents of PoK as foreigners but India considers them its own. As long as BJP is there, Article 370 will not return to Jammu and Kashmir. The youth here have started keeping laptops and computers instead of pistols and revolvers. We have created 40 thousand new jobs in the last five years.
Cutting. Ready for talks if terrorism stops: Singh
Rajnath said that the National Conference sympathizes with terrorists. I heard Omar Abdullah say that Afzal Guru should not have been hanged. I want to ask him whether Afzal Guru should have been garlanded? After this, while addressing a rally in support of BJP candidate Mohammad Salim Bhat from Banihal seat, Rajnath Singh said that if Pakistan stops terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir, then India is ready to start talks with it.
