With these measures, Pakistan will get help of seven billion dollars from IMF. An installment of one billion dollars has also been paid. According to reports, Shahbaz Sharkar has taken a big step to cut administrative expenses. Which is under the conditions set by IMF.

Preparation for tax increase in Pakistan

Due to pressure from IMF, Pakistan government has accepted many of its demands and the next step is towards increasing the tax-GDP ratio. Pakistan is now preparing to impose heavy taxes on agriculture and real estate sector. Apart from this, a decision can also be taken to cut subsidy.
