Owner absconded after fire broke out in Delhi's children's hospital, death toll of newborns rises to 7

The Rajkot fire incident is still in the news when another sad news came from Delhi. Here also 7 newborn babies died due to a terrible fire in a children's hospital. A sudden fire broke out here late on Saturday night.

When did the incident happen?

According to the information, Delhi Fire Service received a call at around 11:30 pm that a fire has broken out in a baby care centre. This baby care centre is located in Vivek Vihar, East Delhi. After receiving the information, about 8 fire brigade vehicles reached the spot.

Of which 12 were rescued…

Giving information about the incident, an official said that the fire brigade reached the spot as soon as the information about the fire incident was received. During the rescue and relief operation, about 12 people were rescued, it is being told that all of them were newborns. But, the family was shocked when 7 newborn babies died during treatment. 5 other people are also undergoing treatment as they have suffered severe burns and tireless efforts are being made to save their lives. The cause of the fire has not been revealed yet.

Child hospital owner absconding

Now after this incident, the owner of the children's hospital, Naveen Khichi, is absconding. Delhi Police is searching for him. According to the information, Naveen may be in Jaipur. After getting input in this regard, Delhi Police left for Jaipur.
