Outcry in the market on the first day of trading, Sensex-Nifty opened with a break

The Indian stock market is open in the green zone today i.e. on Monday 11th November. On Friday also the market opened with a gain of 300 points. Indian stock markets opened with a decline in the first trading session due to weak global cues. A decline is being seen in the markets of Asian countries and due to this the Indian markets also opened with a decline. GIFT Nifty had already given indications of the market opening with a decline. Sensex 400 and Nifty are trading 118 points down.

At present the performance of the Indian market is weak.

Indian market is currently witnessing poor performance due to heavy selling by foreign institutional investors. Talking about last week, FIIs have sold about Rs 20,000 crore. Domestic institutional investors made purchases worth Rs 14,391 crore during this period. In the last 29 sessions, foreign institutional investors have sold Rs 1.41 lakh crore.
