Ranchi, April 5 (HS). Central President of AJSU Party and Silli MLA Sudesh Kumar Mahato has said that the sacrifice of Chuad rebellion hero Raghunath Mahato can never be forgotten. Our priority is to spread the bravery story of brave martyr Raghunath Mahato to the masses and to establish his identity in a wider circle.

Sudesh Kumar Mahato paid tribute to Raghunath Mahato on his martyrdom day on Friday by garlanding his statue at Budham Chowk Silli. After this he said that when the struggle and rebellion of the heroes of Jharkhand against the British rule is discussed, the name of Chuad rebellion of 1769 comes first in the list. The leader of this rebellion was Raghunath Mahato. Brave Raghunath Mahato, who led the fight against the British in the areas from Manbhum to Dhalbhum, Neemdih, Silli and Jangalmahal, will always be alive in the hearts of the people. Our efforts are continuing to bring the introduction of Raghunath Mahato to a wider audience.
