‘Our marriage was called love jihad’

Actor Vivian Dsena is currently the center of discussion in Bigg Boss 18. Recently, his wife Nooran participated in the show during Family Week, which made Vivian quite emotional. After coming out of the show, Nooran spoke openly about his and Vivian’s relationship in many interviews. He told how his marriage has been named love jihad.

In an interview to Galata India, Nooran said, “I have also faced trolling on the internet, saying that I have converted Vivian to Islam. People are calling our relationship love jihad. Vivian also gets a lot of hatred on social media, which affects her work.”

Nooran’s opinion on Vivian’s religious conversion

Nooran also expressed his views on Vivian’s religious conversion. She said, “I won’t judge it, but sometimes it can work against you. There are differences between us on many things. I had already told Vivian that marriage in another religion is not accepted in my religion. But I feel like no one will change for me.”

Decision to stay away from Vivian

Nooran told that when there was a lot of uproar regarding religion, he decided to stay away from Vivian. She said, “I stayed away from Vivian for 6 months because I was upset and scared. I knew that if he changed religion for a woman, he would not be accepted in the society. So I thought that she wouldn’t like it if I don’t live up to her expectations after marriage.”

Vivian’s Conversion: Nooran’s Statement

Nooran further said, “Then a friend told me that Vivian was reading about my religion, for his own sake. I did not interfere in this. After 6 months he told my friends that he needed to talk to me. Even if I had not been with him, he would have converted for himself.”

It is noteworthy that Vivian and Nooran got married in 2022. Nooran has two children from his first marriage, and Vivian and Nooran also have a daughter.
