Sahibganj, 14 December (HS). Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that it is the priority of our government to empower the tribals, farmers, laborers, poor and deprived people here.
He said that our government has worked to empower half the population of the state. Now an amount of Rs 2500 per month will reach the account of every eligible poor needy women of the state. The Chief Minister said that our government has increased the honorarium given to women from Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,500.
Mr. Soren said these things while addressing a program organized at Bhognadih of Barhet block under Sahibganj district on Saturday.
The Chief Minister said that today I have come among you all after the re-formation of the Abu government. AAP participated enthusiastically in this election and worked to elect the Abu government. I express my gratitude to all of you for this.
The Chief Minister said that despite the state of Jharkhand being rich in mineral wealth, the tribals here remained deprived of basic facilities. Since the formation of our government, we have been continuously working for public welfare along with protecting the interests of the people of the state. In this sequence, our government has launched many ambitious public welfare schemes. Various schemes of the government are being delivered to every single person. Our government is moving forward with the aim that more and more residents of the state should benefit from the schemes.
The Chief Minister said that our government is a village-run government. The line of development is being drawn according to the needs of the poor, laborers and deprived class people here.
The Chief Minister said that I will not let the hopes and aspirations of all of you be shattered. Our government will write a new story of development and bring this state into the category of leading states.
The Chief Minister said that I pray to God that the coming New Year brings happiness, prosperity, progress, glory and prosperity in the lives of every citizen of the state.
The Chief Minister gave this gift
On this occasion, the Chief Minister gifted various schemes worth about Rs 24784.550 lakh to Sahebganj district. During this period, a total of 224 development schemes were inaugurated and the foundation stone was laid. Of these, 53 schemes were inaugurated and the foundation stone of 171 schemes was laid.
At the same time, the Chief Minister gifted various schemes worth about Rs 10084.879 lakh to Pakur district. During this period, a total of 107 development schemes were inaugurated and the foundation stone was laid. In this, 34 schemes were inaugurated and foundation stone of 73 schemes was laid.
On this occasion, MLA Hemlal Murmu, MLA Kalpana Soren, MLA Mohd. Tajuddin, MLA Dhananjay Soren, District Council President Monica Kisku, Santhal Pargana Division Commissioner Lalchand Dadel, District Deputy Commissioner and Superintendent of Police and other officials were present.
