A two-day festival of discussion and reflection on art and literature, Mewar Talk Fest, was inaugurated by Bappa Rawal of Golden Jubilee Guest House at Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, with the aim of making the people of Mewar face to face with the personalities of the world of art and literature and giving them a taste of quality literature. Rashmi Samant, the first female student union president of Oxford University and author of “A Hindu in Oxford”, spoke about her journey from the temple town of Udupi in India to Oxford in the inaugural session of Mewar Talk Fest and said that the Oxford Dictionary has recommended studying in this university. In the second session of Mewar Talk Fest, constitutional expert, social worker and cultural activist, writer Lakshminarayan Bhala 'Lakkhi Da' revealed the secret of the pictures representing Lord Ram and Krishna as well as Sanatan culture and historical events within the Constitution of India and spoke on related topics. Discussed in detail. Bhala, an art-loving writer and well-versed in Sanskrit, Hindi, English, Assamese, Bengali, Marathi, Nepali and Marwari languages and Odia and Gujarati script, while discussing his book 'Constitutional expressions and drawings', said that painter Nandlal Bose had painted various pages of the Constitution. The pictures engraved by him are not for decoration but based on the subject matter and environment of each page. He said that there is a specific meaning behind every page of the Constitution and the picture engraved on it which echoes the content and sentiments of the page. He also praised the beauty of the paintings and the craftsmanship of the painter. He also described the background of writing the book based on the expressions of the pictures in the Constitution and gave detailed information on its subject matter.
