Ltd. of China will be the first of its kind in India and will be installed at OTL's plant at Gummidipoondi near Chennai.
Unlike conventional gangsaws that use multiple blades, this advanced machine has a variety of diamond-coated cables with a diameter of 0.4-0.6 mm that are capable of making precise cuts and set new standards in terms of accuracy and efficiency. With features such as pneumatic wire tension, hydraulic cylinder support and bellows-protected linear rails, wire-based gangsaws significantly reduce waste, increase durability and make the cutting process about 3 times faster than conventional machines.
