Order to remove investigating officer Pratik Thubey

Guwahati, June 25 (HS). In a big news on APSC scam, today the court of Special Judge ordered the removal of Prateek Thubey, the investigating officer of Assam Public Service Commission recruitment scam, from the investigation work.

The court of special judge expressed displeasure over the investigation of SIT. The court ordered the government to assign responsibility to an officer higher than the rank of DSP. The court expressed dissatisfaction with the charge sheet filed by SIT in this case.
