Ayodhya, 6 November (Hindustan Reporter). In the suicide case of Prabhunath Mishra, a contractual employee of Rajarshi Dashrath Autonomous State Medical College, Chief Judicial Magistrate of Ayodhya Anshumali Pandey, taking cognizance of the application given by the father of the deceased, ordered the police station in-charge of Ayodhya Nagar Kotwali and said that the case is prima facie A cognizable offense is found to have been committed. Therefore, on the basis of the application, a case should be registered immediately and the court should be informed about the further legal proceedings.
According to the application given by the father of the deceased, Prabhunath Mishra had committed suicide due to the torture of Gyanendra Kumar, Principal of Rajarshi Dashrath Medical College.
On July 29, there was a dispute with MBBS students Ritu and Nirmala Kumawat with Prabhunath Mishra, who was working on outsourcing in Ayodhya Medical College, regarding making the form. After the dispute, the Principal called Prabhunath to his chamber and was continuously harassing him for implicating him in a fake case. Then on 7th August, Prabhunath insulted the Principal by calling him in his room. Threatened to throw you out of the job and said that today is your last day. Today I will send you to jail, otherwise hold your feet publicly and apologize. Prabhunath refused, but Gyanendra continued to press for this. Due to which he got hurt and committed suicide. After this, the family members ran from Ayodhya to Lucknow to save the son but could not save him.
