In the Civil Court, the order on maintainability in the case number-72/2024 of Arya Sanskriti Sanrakshan Trust, Shri Bhagwan Shri Atala Mata Atala Devi etc. vs. Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board etc. was postponed again on Saturday. Plaintiff advocate Ajay Pratap speaking in this case. While talking to Hindusthan Samachar representative on telephone, Singh said that he and his lawyer team Advocate Anil Kumar Singh, Vineet Tripathi, Surya Parmar and senior advocate BD Mishra had completed the debate on jurisdiction and maintainability on May 22 and in the file Written arguments had been filed on which the order on maintainability is still pending. Plaintiff advocate Ajay Pratap Singh said that the order on maintainability is continuously pending since 28th May, 11th July, 12th July, 20th August, 2nd September, 27th September and 5th October.

The plaintiff party had filed a special application on September 4 and requested the court that their arguments have been completed and they no longer have to argue in any way. Please give order, but the court is neither admitting nor dismissing the case nor issuing notice to the opposition parties. Advocate Ajay Pratap Singh said that this attitude of the court is contrary to the principles of natural justice and is frustrating the plaintiff party. Mr Singh said that he will now approach the High Court for justice. Atala Mata Mandir case is pending in the court of Civil Judge (CD) Anuj Johar. The court has fixed October 10 as the next date for the order.
