Banda, 29 March (Hindustan Reporter). Mafia don Mukhtar Ansari has been facing various types of allegations against the jail administration and government during his stay in Banda jail. Now that Mukhtar Ansari has died, Rani Durgavati Medical College has also come under the scanner in this matter. Mukhtar Ansari, who was admitted for treatment, was removed from the medical college after 14 hours by being declared healthy and shifted to jail and his death from a heart attack a day later, is making the case suspicious. However, the CJM has ordered a judicial inquiry into this matter.

Mukhtar Ansari's lawyer had accused Mukhtar of giving poison in his food in Barabanki court on March 19. After this, on the night of March 25, suddenly Mukhtar Ansari's health deteriorated in jail. He was admitted to the Medical College at 4 am on March 26. In the bulletin issued by the medical college, he was described as suffering from simple constipation. After 14 hours, he was declared healthy and again discharged from the medical college at around 6.15 pm.

Mukhtar was brought from the medical college and instead of being kept in the jail hospital, he was shifted to a secluded barrack. On March 27, a team of doctors reached the jail and examined Mukhtar and reported improvement in his condition. After this, suddenly on March 28, Mukhtar Ansari's health deteriorated again. On getting information about the illness, the administrative officer reached the jail. Administrative officials were present in the jail for about 40 minutes. After this, he was taken to the Medical College by ambulance, where Mukhtar died of a heart attack late in the night.

Now the question arises that when Mukhtar Ansari was brought to the medical college in a critical condition on the morning of 26 March. Then how did he become so healthy in just 14 hours that it was considered appropriate to shift him to jail again. Some experts of the health department say that if the disease was serious then he should have been admitted to the medical college for treatment for one or two days. But negligence was done in this. Due to which Mukhtar Ansari's condition deteriorated after reaching jail and then he died.

Not only this, when Mukhtar Ansari's brother MP Afzal Ansari came to the medical college to see him on March 26, he had demanded that if Mukhtar was not getting proper treatment here, then he should be referred. We will get him treated at our expense. This was not paid attention to. If seen this way, the negligence of the medical college is clearly visible.

At the same time, in this case, the MPMLA court had sought a report from the Jail Superintendent on the deteriorating health of Mukhtar Ansari on March 27, in which it was asked to submit the report by March 29. Now the CJM has ordered a judicial inquiry into Mukhtar's death. For this, a four-member team has been formed under the chairmanship of Magistrate Garima of MP MLA Court. This team has been asked to submit the investigation report within a month.
