According to experts, these three things contain vitamin C according to their size. A medium-sized lemon contains 30 mg of vitamin C. So, a medium-sized orange contains 51 mg of vitamin C. Compared to these two, amla contains the most vitamin C. A medium-sized amla contains 300 to 400 mg of vitamin C. If measured quantitatively, the vitamin C present in one amla is equal to two oranges and four lemons.

How much Amla should one eat in a day?
One should consume only one Indian gooseberry in a day. It can fulfill your daily requirement of Vitamin C. You can eat it as a vegetable, pickle or chutney.
