Packaging machinery manufacturer Mamta Machinery Ltd has raised Rs. The initial public offer (IPO) of Rs 179 crore will open on December 19. The company has fixed the price range of Rs 230-243 per share for this. The company said the public issue will close on December 23. Anchor (key) investors will be able to bid a day earlier on December 18.
Fully OFS IPO
The Gujarat-based company’s initial share sale is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 73.82 lakh equity shares by promoters. It is priced at the upper end of the price range at Rs. 179.38 crores. Those selling shares under OFS include Mahendra Patel, Naina Patel, Bhagwati Patel, Mamta Group Corporate Services LLP and Mamta Management Services LLP. Since it is an OFS, the company will not receive any proceeds from the public issue, and the entire fund will go to the shareholders selling the issue.
Transrail Lighting IPO
Transrail Lighting Limited will open its IPO on December 19. The company will issue new shares worth Rs 400 crore under the IPO. Along with this, it will also bring the presentation of sale of 1.01 crore equity shares by the promoter Ajanma Holdings Private Limited.
The IPO will close on 23 December.
According to the IPO documents, Ajanma Holdings holds 83.22 per cent stake in the Mumbai-based company.
The IPO of Transrail Lighting Limited will open on December 19 and close on December 23. Anchor investors will be able to bid for shares from December 18.
