You do not need to go to any service center to repair a damaged phone. This service of Oppo will be applicable on phones launched in the last 5 years, which include Oppo A, F, K, Reno and Find series phones. Oppo has started this new service under the Right to Repair of the Government of India, under which users will be given comprehensive support and guidance to repair the device.
The Government of India has launched the Right to Repair initiative. Under which Oppo Self Help Assistant Service has been launched by Oppo for all the users. Under this service, users will be able to repair their Oppo smartphone themselves without going to the service center. As mentioned earlier, this self-help assistance service will be applicable to all Oppo devices that the company has launched in the last 5 years. That is, under this service, users can repair Oppo A, F, K, Reno and Find series phones themselves.
How to use Oppo Digital Self-Help Assistant?
Phase 1: To use the Oppo Digital Self-Help Assistant service, you need to visit the Oppo website or myOppo.
Step 2: Now in the app you will get the option of Support tab.
step 3: In this section you will find the tab of Self Help Assistant.
Step 4: Now here you have to enter the number of the device you want to repair.
Step 5: Now you will see two options here, one is simulation and the other is troubleshooting.
Under the simulation option, users can access over 400 settings and functions, including options like camera, recording, memory, Wi-Fi, and hotspot. Users can also type their questions. Apart from this, users can know the step by step process by exploring the features written in the menu.
Under the Troubleshooting option, users will be able to resolve software-related issues including data, network, and device support. For this, first of all you will have to answer some questions.
