Online process of attention notice started in Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly from July 2024 session

Raipur, July 15 (HS). As per the instructions of the Speaker of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Dr. Raman Singh, it was decided to start the online process for receiving attention notices from the members and correspondence by the departments in the Assembly Secretariat from the July 2024 session. With the help of State Informatics Center, (CG), the officers and employees of the Legislative Assembly were given training on the complete step-by-step process of receiving online attention and responding to it. Along with this, an online attention training program was organized for the honorable members by the State Informatics Center on July 11, 2024 in the Legislative Assembly Secretariat.

Representatives of other members including Lakheshwar Baghel, Neelkanth Tekam, Vyas Kashyap, Prabodh Minj, Dwarkadhish Yadav and Raimuni Bhagat ji also participated in this training program and members also participated in the training program through virtual medium. In this session, online process is being done on experimental basis. Honorable members and departments will have to ensure action through online as well as offline processes as before. With the aim of giving information about the process related to online attention information to the officers and employees of the government, training was given to the officers and employees of all the departments in the Ministry on 11th and 12th July, 2024 with the cooperation of State Information Science Center and Parliamentary Affairs Department.
