Material

  • 20 onions (small)
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 spoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • chopped beetroot

  • To make onion pickle, first peel the onion and clean it thoroughly. – Now cut this onion from all sides in the usual way. Be careful not to cut off too much.
  • Take half cup vinegar in a bowl. Mix one cup of water in this vinegar. – After adding water, add 3 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of salt. – After mixing salt and sugar, add chopped beetroot in it.
  • Finally you have to add onion in a bowl. Keep this vinegared onion in a glass jar. Keep this jar like this for two to three days.
  • Make sure to shake it two to three times a day. When the color of the water changes, you can consume it. You can keep it for a week. You can also serve it in salad instead of plain onion.
