East Champaran, 14 May (H.I.S.). In the light of the instructions of SP Kantesh Kumar Mishra, Chhatauni police has arrested three criminals from the local bus stand. The three criminals have been described as Manohar Kumar, Chandan Kumar and Roopnarayan Prasad of Mufasil police station area.
Giving information about this, Police Captain Kantesh Kumar Mishra has said that among the arrested criminals, five cases of robbery and Arms Act have been registered against the vicious Manohar in the Mufasil police station. Apart from this, a case of robbery is also registered against him in Chhatauni and Sangrampur police stations. An FIR was lodged against the same arrested Chandan for robbery in Mufasil and Peerakothi, in which the police was looking for him. A pistol, a pistol and 6 live cartridges of both the arms have been seized from them.
It is believed that all three criminals were planning to carry out some major incident, about which the police got wind of it. Immediately on the instructions of the police captain, a team was formed and the three criminals were caught. The police team included ASP Shikhar Chaudhary, Chhatauni police station incharge Dhananjay Kumar, PSI Mukesh Kumar and armed forces.
