Purnia, May 3 (HS). On the occasion of World Cycling Day, Purnia District Cycling Association organised an awareness campaign on cycling by touring the entire city and rural areas. Members of the Cycling Association, sportsmen, boys and girls participated in this tour.
The aim of running this campaign was that people should stay healthy by cycling and help in keeping the environment clean. Save fuel by cycling and keep nature healthy. Purnia Cycling Association is fulfilling its responsibility by creating new records for environment and health by continuing this awareness campaign for many years. This cycle journey started from Aastha Mandir of Purnia and reached Purnia Agricultural College via Panchmukhi Mandir, Rambagh and City. At Purnia Agricultural College, the Principal of the college, Dr. Paras Pankaj Kumar and Anil Kumar and many students together welcomed the cyclists and cycling was done there as well.
