On the second Monday of Sawan, the Yaduvanshis performed Jalabhishek in Vishwanath temple of BHU

Varanasi, 29 July (HS). On the second Monday of the month of Sawan, the Yaduvanshis prayed for the well-being of the country and society by offering water to Baba at the Vishwanath temple located in the campus of Kashi Hindu University. During this time thousands of other devotees also reached the temple in a queue for darshan and worship. The Yaduvanshis who gathered at Sirgovardhanpur for Jalabhishek reached Assi Ghat on foot to take a bath in the Ganga. After taking a bath in the Ganga at the ghat, they filled water in a brass pitcher and reached the court of Gauri Kedareshwar located at Kedar Ghat for Jalabhishek.

After performing Jalabhishek of Baba here, they reached Vishwanath Temple located in the campus from BHU Singhdwar via Lanka on foot and performed Jalabhishek of Baba in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. The Jalabhishek Yatra was led by Harihar Baba. Councilor's husband Ram Singh Kallu and his companions distributed Prasad among the Yaduvanshis who had come for the Jalabhishek Yatra. Aman Yadav, Deepu Singh Yadav, Doctor Santosh, Mahendra Yadav, Pappu Yadav, Jhanna Yadav, etc. participated in the Jalabhishek Yatra.
