Jodhpur, 05 November (HS). Labh Panchami and Saubhagya Panchami of Shukla Paksha of Kartik month will be celebrated on Wednesday. Business establishments, shops, markets etc. that were closed during Diwali celebrations will open again on the day of Labh Panchami and new business will start.
According to astrologers, the festival of Diwali starts with Dhanteras and the last day is celebrated as Labh Panchami. Jain society will celebrate this day as Gyan Panchami. Knowledge will be worshiped in the presence of sages and saints at Jain religious places in Suryanagari. Religious texts like Jain scriptures, texts, Agamas, Uddaradhyayan Sutras etc. will be worshiped in the libraries of Jain pilgrimage sites. Special decoration of religious scriptures will be done on this occasion. With the aim of enhancing knowledge, Jain scriptures will be worshiped by dedicating the Vakshashepa. Knowledge will be worshiped with enthusiasm at many Jain pilgrimage sites including Kesariya Kunthunath Jain Temple, Bhairu Bagh Parsvanath Jain Shwetambar Tirtha, Muhtaji Temple, Digvijay Nagar, Ratnaprabh Dharma Kriya Bhawan, Tristutik Sangh Kheradi Ka Bas.
New business will start in Jeera Mandi
Jodhpur cumin market will open on Wednesday, the day of Labh Panchami. Jeera Mandi Trade Association President Purushottam Mundra said that there was a holiday in Jeera Mandi after Diwali puja. Now every time as per the schedule, the cumin market will open on Labh Panchami and the business will start through open bid auction in the market. About 100 shops in the market will be opened after the puja at the auspicious time on Labh Panchami.
