Flour Panjiri – Flour Panjiri Recipe in Gujarati
Ingredients for making flour panjiri
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 4 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 50 grams makhana, almonds, finely chopped cashews
Method of making flour panjiri
- – Firstly, heat 1 tbsp of Desi Ghee in a pan.
- – Roast all the dry fruits in it and keep them aside.
- – Heat ghee as required in a pan, add flour to it and fry it on low flame.
- – Fry the flour while stirring continuously until it becomes light brown.
- – After the dough is cooked thoroughly, take it out in a plate and let it cool.
- After it cools down, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and roasted dry fruits into it.
- The flour panjiri is ready, add basil leaves in it and offer the prasad to Kanha.
