Korba, May 29 (HS). In the Collectorate hall today, on Wednesday, Master Trainer Dr. M.M. Joshi gave training to the officers and employees engaged in election work on sealing of VVPAT machines and forms after counting.

Dr. Joshi told that carefully cut the address tags on the side of VVPAT machines. After this, all the slips of VVPAT should be taken out and kept in a black envelope. All the slips of VVPAT machine of each polling station should be kept in a black envelope and the envelope should be sealed properly. He told that the sealing work will be done by two teams in which one team will seal the VVPAT machines and the other team will seal the forms. He told that after counting, the battery should be carefully removed from the VVPAT machines and the VVPAT machines should be sealed. Along with this, the CU should also be sealed. Four important forms related to the election – EVM papers, scrutiny envelopes, finalized envelopes, unfinalized envelopes should be carefully sealed and kept safe. During this, Additional Collector Dinesh Kumar Nag, SDM Shrikant Verma, Joint Collector Manoj Banjare, Deputy Collector and Vikas Chaudhary and Tularam Bhardwaj along with Naib Tehsildar, ASLR, Patwari, Kotwar etc. were present.
