New work policy: The days of work from home are about to end in Wipro, one of India's leading tech companies. Wipro Chief HR Saurabh Govil has shared the company's “new hybrid work policy”. Under this policy, employees will have to work from office three days a week and will also have the option of remote working only for certain days in a year.

According to TOI, Wipro had already announced that it was implementing a mandatory new hybrid work policy, but the details of the hybrid work policy have now been officially shared. Govil said the new policy is “a modern approach to the future of work” and “best in its class”.

I am proud to share with you the new hybrid working strategy we have recently introduced. At Wipro, we have adopted a modern approach to the future of work, a high performance culture driven by collaboration and an equal focus on the well-being of our associates. Our hybrid working system includes the following:

1. Collaboration: Meaningful collaboration leads to innovation and success. Our approach encourages personal interaction.

2. Flexibility: We empower our associates to balance their business and personal needs while managing work-life integration.

3. Extra help may be required due to uncertainties of life. We are committed to meeting the special needs of our associates as they deal with critical moments or require reasonable adjustments.

4. Trust: We trust our associates to do their best work because they hold themselves accountable. Our hybrid methodology is contemporary and best in class.

We expect associates to work from office premises three days a week. These days will be selected based on their need for cooperation.
