Many festivals are coming in October in Rajasthan. Durgashtami is on 11th October, Dussehra is on 12th and 13th October is a Sunday holiday. Schools, colleges and government offices will remain closed during these three days of holidays. Due to three consecutive days of holidays, many people have made weekend plans. They are also going out for sightseeing in Rajasthan and outside Rajasthan.

According to the government calendar, October 11 will be a holiday due to Durgashtami, October 12 will be a public holiday for Dussehra and October 13 will be a Sunday. Diwali holiday has been declared in Rajasthan University from 25th October. RU Registrar has issued orders on Wednesday. According to this, there will be a total of four days Dussehra holiday from 10th to 13th October. Similarly, there will be Diwali holiday from 25th October to 3rd November.
