With this order, the land mafia will be controlled and illegal construction will be stopped in the authority areas. According to the order, before giving permission for construction on agricultural land, the District Magistrate and Divisional Commissioner will have to check the NOC of the authority.
If NOC is not received then in such a situation construction permission will not be given. In view of the illegal construction going on in the state, this order of the Yogi government is considered very important.
