Base Centre: In the last few years, Aadhaar card has become an essential document, which is used in many tasks like availing benefits of various government schemes, taking admission, purchasing vehicle, getting food items and property transactions. Seeing the increasing need of this document, most of the people have got their Aadhar card made, but there are still some people whose Aadhar card has not been made, or whose information like address, date of birth and mobile number is wrong. Such people will now need to go to the Aadhar Card Centre. However, at present the residents of the district have to go to the district headquarters to get Aadhaar card made and information updated. This process takes both time and effort. But now this problem is going to go away. Aadhaar card centers will be opened in seven blocks of Maharajganj, which will make it easier for local people to get Aadhaar services. Those making Aadhar card will get the benefit of new centers
The process of opening Aadhaar Seva Centers in these seven blocks of Paniyara, Partawal, Ghughuli, Farenda, Dhani, Brijmanganj and Lakshmipur is almost complete. This initiative will prove to be an important step for the population of about 30 lakhs in the district. At present, huge crowd is being seen in the district headquarters and main post office to get Aadhaar card made, due to which people are facing a lot of problems. This new step will be very beneficial for the local residents. Now they will not have to go far to the district headquarters to get their Aadhar card made or their information updated. This will not only save their time but will also reduce travel expenses.
Biometric and demographic information will be updated. The opening of Aadhaar card centers will not only provide convenience to working people, but will also provide relief to the elderly and women, who often feel uncomfortable in traveling long distances. With all the services available at one place, people will not need to travel again and again. Apart from this, the facility to update biometric and demographic information will also be available at these centres. This will help people avoid running around again and again to get their information corrected.
