News India Live, Digital Desk: If you are dreaming of doing MBA from the top management institutions (IIMS) of the country, but till now the CAT 2025 form has not been filled, then there is a relief news for you. The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has extended the last date of registration for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025.
The last date to apply earlier was 13 September, which has now been extended to 20 September 2025. That is, now you have a few more days to fill the form and take the first step towards your dream. Candidates can complete their registration by visiting the official website iimcat.ac.in by 5 pm.
Why did this extra time get?
This decision has been taken in view of the huge requests coming from the candidates. CAT 2025 Convenor Professor PN Ram Kumar said that the purpose of this expansion is to ensure that no interested candidate missed by applying.
No change in exam date
It is important to note here that only the date of registration has been extended, there has been no change in the date of the examination. The CAT 2025 examination will be held on 30 November 2025 as per the already scheduled schedule. This examination will be held in three different sessions in about 170 cities across the country.
Keep these things ready before filling the form
If you are going to apply, then keep some important documents prepared in advance so that there is no problem while filling the form. You will need a scan copy of these things:
- Passport size photo and your signature.
- Marksheets of 10th and 12th.
- Graduation marksheet.
- If you come in SC, ST or PWD category, then caste certificate.
- Identity cards like Aadhaar card.
- If you have any work experience, then documents related to it.
The application fee is Rs 2600 for general category candidates and Rs 1300 for SC, ST and PWD category candidates. Payment will have to be made online only.
This time is a great opportunity for those students who could not fill the form for some reason. Therefore, complete your registration as soon as possible without waiting for the last date.
