Mumbai: With the resolution of the dispute regarding the rights of 'Harafari' franchise, the way has been cleared for making 'Harafari 3'. Other work including finalizing the script of this film of Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal will start now. There was a legal dispute between Eros and Firoz Nadiadwala regarding the rights of the film. The result was that Firoz Nadiadwala could not start shooting for 'Harapheri 3'. Eventually Nadiadwala has paid the remaining money to Eroswala. He has also taken no dues certificate from the court.

Now he is free to make films as per his wish. Now he will finalize the script and other things including casting.

The 'Harapheri' series of films has a distinct fan base. They have been waiting for the third part of this franchise for a long time.
