- 3 tbsp
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon fennel
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 2 inch long stick of cinnamon
- ½ cup powdered sugar
How to make Shikanji Masala
To make Shikanji masala, first heat a pan, add cumin seeds and fry on medium flame. – When the cumin is lightly roasted, take it out in a plate and keep it to cool.
After this, grind the roasted cumin and make its powder. – Now add sandalwood, cinnamon, cardamom, fennel and black pepper to this cumin powder and grind it again. – Now filter this ground spice.
