Especially instructions have been issued to be extremely cautious regarding Ayodhya Dham. After this, Power Corporation has started a good and convenient initiative at 32 sub-stations of the city. Under this, a WhatsApp group of all the sub-centres has been created. In this, work is being done to rapidly connect all the consumers under the sub-centre. In this group, electricity supply and important information is being shared. This is giving great relief to the consumers.

Now underground cables have been laid

As soon as the decision was taken in favor of construction of temple in Ayodhya, Yogi government started the work of rapidly developing Ayodhya. During this period the roads were widened. In this, when the old poles were removed, the wires were put underground. It became quite convenient. Got rid of the wires lying here and there, but after occasional faults, complaints started coming in that after power failure no one picks up power at the power house. When he picks up, no one gives a satisfactory answer. Keeping this in view, a unique experiment was started by Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation.

The sub-centre’s junior engineer and five personnel are administrators.

In the first phase, separate WhatsApp groups of all 32 electricity sub-centres of the city area have been created, in which more than three lakh consumers have been added sub-centre wise. A WhatsApp group has been created in the name of each sub-centre. In this, starting from junior engineer to five employees from all the sub-centres, five employees each have been made the administrators of the group, so that information can be exchanged immediately.

Pradeep Kumar Verma, Executive Engineer of Power Distribution Division I, said that complaints were being received repeatedly that the employees at the power house do not answer the phones. Keeping this in view, a WhatsApp group has now been formed. In case of any fault, immediate notification will be given and for how long will the lights remain affected. You have been asked to provide this information. A large number of consumers have been added. Instructions have been given to connect the rest also soon. Consumers are also sent a message to pay the bill.
