How to add a family member to a postpaid plan?
Airtel users can add family members to their postpaid plans in two ways – online and offline. The first way is through the Airtel Thanks app.
Phase 1: First of all open Airtel Thanks app and then go to the Services tab.
Step 2: After this go to the postpaid section and select postpaid family option.
Step 3: After this, select the Add Member option. Now select the contact of the user you want to add to your postpaid family plan.
step 4: After sending the invitation, the customer will receive an SMS to join the family postpaid plan.
