However, it is better to consume this fruit only after consulting a doctor.

Grape:

Consumption of grapes is also not considered good for pregnant women. This is because the highest amount of chemicals are used while growing grapes. Any amount of washing cannot completely remove the chemicals from grapes. These chemicals have the potential to adversely affect the health of the unborn child. Therefore, consumption of grapes is not considered very beneficial during pregnancy.

Watermelon has a lot of fans. Watermelon is always a favourite fruit in summers. But pregnant women are advised to stay away from watermelon. Watermelon does not cause any harm to the health of the uterus. Artificially ripened watermelons are more available in the market these days. These increase the blood sugar level in pregnant women. Therefore, watermelon can be consumed regularly.

Unwashed Fruits:

Eating any unwashed fruit from the market is not advisable for pregnant women. A lot of chemicals are used to grow fruits and maintain their freshness. And eating them directly is not good for the health of a pregnant woman and the baby for any reason. So mix some salt and turmeric in lukewarm water and put the fruit in it for a few minutes and then wash it thoroughly and consume it. Along with this, it can also be said that instead of keeping the fruits in the refrigerator and eating them, it is better to keep the fruits in the outside environment and consume them. Apart from this, before consuming anything during pregnancy, it is best to consult a specialist doctor and only then consume it.
