Cauliflower Bhajiya Recipe: Cabbage is used a lot in Manchurian and you must have eaten it too. But have you tried cabbage pakoras? Today we will tell you the recipe for making delicious cabbage pakoras.

Ingredients for making Cauliflower Pakora

  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • Try 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How To Make Cauliflower Pakora:

1). – Take gram flour in a large pan. – Then add parsley, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala powder and salt.
2). Mix all these things well and prepare the batter by adding water as required.
3). – Heat oil in a pan and make small pakodas from this batter and fry them.
4). When the pakoras turn golden brown, take them out and serve hot.
5). You can serve this bhajiya with curd chutney, tamarind chutney or date chutney.
