IND vs SA T20I: Insects disrupted the third T20 match between India and South Africa, due to which the match had to be stopped. There are many flying insects in the field due to which players of both the teams had to face problems. Hardik Pandya was about to bowl the second over, but the umpire stopped him and both the teams left the field after discussion.

South Africa set a target of 220 runs
On the basis of Tilak Verma’s 107-run century and Abhishek Sharma’s half-century, the Indian team set a target of 220 runs for South Africa in the third T20 match. South Africa won the toss and invited India to bat first. India scored 219 runs for six wickets in 20 overs. For India, Tilak scored the first century of his T20 International career, helping the Indian team cross the 200-run mark. For South Africa, Andile Simelane and Keshav Maharaj took two wickets each while Marco Jensen got one wicket.

This is the eighth time this year that India has scored more than 200 runs in T20. The Indian team became the first team to score 200+ most times in the shortest format of the game in a calendar year. They beat the Birmingham Bears and Japan in this regard. After scoring a half-century, Abhishek was out after scoring 50 runs in 25 balls. After Abhishek was out, Tilak continued his innings and first scored a half-century and then also managed to score a century.

Tilak returned to the pavilion unbeaten after scoring 107 runs in 56 balls with the help of eight fours and seven sixes. For India, captain Suryakumar Yadav contributed one run, Hardik Pandya contributed 18 runs, Rinku Singh contributed eight runs and Ramandeep Singh contributed 15 runs. With this, Akshar Patel returned unbeaten after scoring one run.
