Moradabad, 19 August (HS). Aditya Gupta, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager in Moradabad Railway Division of Northern Railway, said that on Monday, an exhibition was inaugurated by Northern Railway Scouts and Guides in the premises of Divisional Railway Manager Office, Moradabad, to commemorate National Space Day.
Senior DCM informed that National Space Day will be celebrated on 23rd August. For which awareness programmes are being organised in the division by Northern Railway Scouts and Guides, Moradabad Division under the guidance of District Commissioner, Bharat Scouts and Guides Moradabad Division and Senior Divisional Engineer (Coordination) Paritosh Gautam. Today, on this occasion, an exhibition was organised in the premises of the Divisional Railway Manager's Office. In which about 150 Cubs, Bulbuls, Scouts, Guides and Rover Rangers participated.
The children of Northern Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides, Moradabad Division did a commendable job of presenting various information related to space through rangoli, working model, drawing and through exhibition in the form of space room.
District Chief Commissioner and Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Infrastructure) SP Tiwari inaugurated the exhibition and rewarded the children of Scouts and Guides by giving them mementos as an encouragement.
On this occasion, Senior Divisional Engineer (III) Karan Preet Singh, Senior Divisional Engineer (I) Piyush Pathak, Senior Divisional Signal & Telecommunication Engineer (Coordination) Akshay Kumar, Senior Divisional Signal & Telecommunication Engineer (I) Sunil Kumar, Senior Divisional Security Commissioner Shanmung Vadiwal S, Senior Divisional Material Manager Akash Singh, Assistant Divisional Personnel Officer Dr. Lovely Gyan, STC Scouts Harjinder Singh, District Secretary, Northern Railway Bharat Scouts & Guides Scouts Vipin Gupta and many senior officers of the division and many railway employees were present.
