No relief to CM Kejriwal from Delhi High Court, immediate hearing on release petition refused

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's troubles are increasing. After his arrest in the liquor scam, the court had sent him to ED custody till March 28. On Saturday, CM Kejriwal approached the Delhi High Court. In the petition, he termed both the ED's arrest and ED's custody as wrong. He demanded an immediate hearing on this. In such a situation, Kejriwal has got a big blow from Delhi High Court. The High Court has refused to hear his release petition immediately.

The petition may be heard on March 27. Kejriwal challenged his arrest and ED custody in the High Court. The court refused to immediately list Kejriwal's petition in this case.

Let us tell you that ED had sought 10 days' remand for Kejriwal from the court. However, the court has sent CM Kejriwal to ED custody for 6 days. He will be presented in the PMLA court on March 28.
