No refund if Tejas Express is late, facility closed due to fog

According to ICRTC CRM Ajit Sinha, the sum insured has now been increased by removing the late point. Let us tell you that Tejas Express operated by IRCTC is a train in which passengers are provided airplane like facilities. This train is counted among the most comfortable trains in the country.

Not only this, this premium class train is known to depart as scheduled and reach its destination on time. Keeping this in mind, IRCTC had made arrangements that if the train reaches its destination late for any reason, a certain amount is refunded to the passengers. But due to fog in winter, Tejas Express often got delayed and passengers had to pay huge amounts.
