The elected representatives have no concern with the public. The budget has been allotted to the health department by the state government only on paper, but on the ground the district health staff is not receiving the budget. Due to which there is shortage of necessary equipment and medicines in the hospital. At the same time, the important Haat Bazaar Clinic scheme of the Congress government is not reaching rural areas.
