Migraine: The problem of headache also increases during summer days. Headache is a big problem, especially for those who have migraine. When migraine pain starts, it becomes unbearable. According to Ayurveda, migraine pain occurs when the air and pitta doshas in the body become unbalanced. As the day progresses, the headache also increases. The pain can often last for more than a day. If you are also troubled by frequent headaches, then you can treat migraine with the help of three Ayurvedic remedies.
Pulse detection
Whenever you have a headache, close your right nostril with the finger of your left hand. And breathe in and out slowly through the left nostril for five minutes. Do this exercise for five minutes every hour. It will calm the brain and nervous system. It will also reduce body heat.
Soaked almonds and raisins
To get relief from migraine pain, regularly eat 5 almonds and 5 black raisins soaked in water for a few days. The magnesium present in almonds relaxes the blood vessels and gives relief from headache. Almonds and raisins should be eaten continuously for twelve weeks.
soaked coriander
Soak one teaspoon of coriander in 1 glass of water overnight. Filter the water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Apart from this, coriander can also be used for Maran. For this, boil water in a pan and add coriander seeds to it. By doing this, sinus headache gets cured.
