Commission recommends abolition of seat bonds

On the fine being collected from medical students if they leave the college midway, Dr. Aruna V Vanikar, Chairperson of the Undergraduate Education Board under NMC, said that the Commission has made a provision of fine for leaving the seat to reduce the mental pressure on the resident doctors.
