Patna/Rohtas, May 24 (HS). Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, while addressing an election rally in favour of NDA candidate Upendra Kushwaha from Karakat on Friday, said that Bihar will not be allowed to become a state of kidnapping, loot, migration and massacre again. Together with the BJP, we have brought Bihar back on track with great difficulty. Now people go out for a walk even at night without any fear. We have established the rule of law here. Now no one who does wrong can walk with his head held high in Bihar.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that I gave them (Lalu family) a chance twice but there was no improvement. They have always had the intention of looting Bihar, due to which we have parted ways. 30 thousand women are working in the police department. By giving 50 percent reservation in teacher recruitment and 50 percent reservation in Gram Panchayat Nagar Nigam, we have worked to uplift the women society economically. We have given jobs to eight lakh people in the state. We have made arrangements for roads, electricity, medicines in government hospitals in the state. Today people are getting electricity 24 hours a day.
Nitish Kumar reminded about the tenure of Lalu-Rabri and said that what was here during the rule of his (Tejashwi Yadav) father? People have not forgotten that. Now the public will not be misled. He garlanded the NDA candidate Upendra Kushwaha and asked the people to raise their hands and give him the confidence to win.
Trust in the name of Modi was visible in Nitish Kumar's rally. The Chief Minister himself said that you should support the leadership of PM Narendra Modi. Water Resources Minister Vijay Chaudhary said, “You should vote for PM Modi. The country is progressing under his leadership.” All the leaders present on the stage, including Minority Welfare Minister Jama Khan, took the name of Modi and appealed for support under his leadership.
