Who got the benefit: This amount has been given mainly to those women who are associated with ‘Jeevika’ groups or who have registered under the Small Entrepreneur Scheme.
Objective: The Chief Minister’s goal is to make women self-reliant so that they can further expand their small businesses (like tailoring, embroidery, incense stick making, or grocery shops).
Total Delivery: The government has released crores of rupees in one go, which has reached directly into the Aadhaar-linked bank accounts of the beneficiaries.

Bank Message: Check the bank’s SMS received on your registered mobile number.
PFMS Portal: The status of DBT amount of Central and State Government can be seen by visiting the website of ‘Public Financial Management System’ (PFMS) and entering the Aadhaar number.
Nearest Bank/CSP: You can get the information by visiting your bank or Customer Service Center (CSP) by taking a thumb impression or by updating the passbook.
Nitish Kumar’s ‘women’s card’
During the address, CM Nitish Kumar said, “Bihar will progress only when women prosper. From cycle scheme to 35% reservation in government jobs, we have always given priority to women.”
