On being re-elected as a member of the IOC, Nita Ambani said that I am very proud to be re-elected as a member of the International Olympic Committee. I would like to thank President Bach and all my colleagues in the IOC for their faith and trust in me. Being re-elected to the IOC is not only a personal milestone for me but also reflects India's growing influence in the world sports arena. I want to share this moment of happiness and pride with every Indian and hope to strengthen the Olympic movement in India and around the world.
Let us tell you that under the leadership of Nita Ambani, India got the hosting of the annual meeting of the IOC after a wait of 40 years. It was successfully organized in the year 2023 at the Jio World Center in Mumbai. India House has been built for the first time in the Olympics under the leadership of Nita Ambani. Which is like a home away from India for Indian athletes, supporters and spectators in the Paris Olympics.
